Return Policy

If Fruit-Eze fails to meet your expectations, we want to make it right. To make a return, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-734-8527, or by clicking the “Contact Us” button on the bottom of your screen.

Please contact customer service before returning any product, as unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

Unopened bottles or boxes of Fruit-Eze product(s) may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Refunds will be issued minus the cost of shipping. We apply refunds only to your credit card or original method of payment. Most refunds are processed within 7 working day of receipt, but it may take up to 30 days before your refund is posted.

Authorized returns of opened or used products, and refunds requested after 30 days, may be eligible for a partial refund.

If you want to return multiple bottles, only the most recently shipped bottle(s) may be returned. For single orders of 4 or more bottles, partial returns are not accepted.

Returns of expired products will not be accepted.
