About Stool Withholding and Constipation


Stool withholding is common among children (unwilling to interrupt playtime for potty breaks), students (with full class schedules), people (with heavy workloads or limited breaks), and the elderly (who may have difficulty accessing restrooms). Stool withholding leads to constipation.
